On October 15-19, the project of raising qualification of Russian language teachers was implemented in Tskhinvali Region. Events promoting professional and cultural ties of Russian and Tskhinvali Region teachers took place in Tskhinvali and Akhalgori.

Events were organized in partnership with the Federal University of North Caucasus and supported by the Federal Agency for CIS States, Compatriots living Abroad and International Humanitarian Affairs. In October, similar events were held in Abkhazia as well.
