Effective early 2020, center for receiving education in Russian and learning Russian language will be opened on the base of the Pedagogical Faculty of so-called State University of Abkhazia.

The center opening in Abkhazia is ensured by the Chechen State Pedagogical University. Teachers at the center will be locals as well as Chechens. The center will be also equipped with remote learning devices.
