In the Tskhinvali Region, delegation of the Ministry of North Caucasus Affairs of the Russian Federation checked ongoing construction financed by Russia. Russian delegation was headed by Anton Melnik, Director of the International Cooperation Department.

At the meeting with Erik Pukhaev, de facto Prime-Minister, preliminary results of the implementation of investment program for 2018-2019 were summarized. Melnik also visited under-construction hotel in Tskhinvali, fountain, memorial complex and 18 apartment residential buildings in Znauri and Java, as well as Joint Information Coordination Center of MoIA.
