De-facto president of the Tskhinvali Region briefed members of de facto government on the details of his meeting with the Russian President Vladimir Putin. Bibilov and Putin meeting was held in the Kremlin on March 13, 2020.

According to Bibilov, various issues were discussed at the meeting, including implementation of past years' investment programs and new three-year investment program, clearance of goods at de facto border, construction of backup power line from Russia, raising salaries for the Tskhinvali Region public servants.

Bibilov also had meetings at the Presidential Administration, at the government and the Ministry of Economic Development. At the government, Bibilov met with Vice Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, who is the curator to Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali Region.
