The de Facto President of the Tskhinvali region, Anatoly Bibilov, has left for the Russian Federation on a working visit. According to a spokesman of the de facto president, Bibilov has planned meetings with high-ranking Russian officials.

The meetings will focus on the socio-economic cooperation with Russia and assistance in the fight against the new coronavirus. More than 1,500 people were infected in the Tskhinvali region. A military-field hospital, which was organized with the support of the Russian Ministry of Defense, is also involved in the fight against the virus.
