Sergey Skvortsov, the Head of the representation office of the Federal Agency for the CIS countries, Compatriots Living Abroad and the Federal Agency for International Humanitarian Affairs in the occupied Tskhinvali region, completed his 5-year assignment in the occupied region.
The Federal Agency for CIS States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Affairs (Russian House) handed over 20 thousand textbooks to the library fund of the Ministry of Education of the de facto Republic of the Tskhinvali region. According to Sergey Skvortsov, the Head of the Russian House office in the occupied Tskhinvali region, the mentioned event is another stage of the Development of Education Russian state program.
According to Dmitry Fedotov, the Head of the Federal Agency CIS States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Affairs (Russian House) office in Abkhazia, a total of 110 quotas have been allocated for students living in occupied Abkhazia to study at Russian higher education institutions in the 2023-2024 academic year.
The Federal Agency for CIS States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Affairs (Russian House) handed over 7,000 textbooks to the “State University of South Ossetia.”
The first interview within a new, author’s project – “Multipolarity” by Edgar Gvazava, the Advisor to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the de facto Republic of Abkhazia, was held with Yevgeny Primakov. Primakov is the Head of the Federal Agency for CIS States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Affairs (Russian House) and is responsible for the implementation of Russia's “soft power.”

A total of five students from the Tskhinvali region became finalists in the all-Russian competition - Big Change. An employee of the Rossotrudnichestvo office announced that the finalists would go to the Artek camp as a reward on July 13.

On July 6, an exhibition of a Russian photographer, traveler, and public figure, Ida Taube, was held in the central exhibition hall of the Union of Artists in Sokhumi. He lived in Kamchatka for 20 years.
